Reset your my�����ߴ�ý password

If you can’t log in to my�����ߴ�ý you have a few ways to recover your log in information. You may need to provide your��, your Social Insurance Number (SIN) and your last name as we have it on file.

Password must meet complexity requirements

• Not more than 2 symbols of a username or first name in a row
• Minimum of 8 characters
• Cannot use a previously used password
• Cannot contain your first or last name
• All four character types must be used in passwords:
  • Numbers 0123456789
  • UPPERCASE LETTERS
  • lowercase letters
  • Special characters !@#$%^&*()_+-=
