Wednesday, Feb. 5, 6:30 a.m. — ߴý’s campuses are OPEN today. Classes and services are scheduled to run as planned.

Grounds crew have been working at Lansdowne and Interurban to spread salt and sand on parking lots, roadways and main walkways as conditions are icy. Please allow extra time when commuting, dress warmly and stay on cleared paths.

Award description

This award was established in 1998 by the Bob Phillips family and is presented to one graduate of each Health Care Assistant program who best depicts the “artistry” of caregiving. Mr. Phillips has described it in this way:

“The one with the sunrise smile and greeting, the one who cares for individuals as individuals yet always gets his/ her other work done, the one who knows that everyone can be a teacher and the one who, at the end of the day, still has an intact sunrise smile.”
