Criteria

You must:

• Be enrolled in the UNIT 100V Nursing Unit Assistant program during the current award eligibility period (Jan 1 - April 30)
• Be self-funding your own tuition
• Have a sincere concern for the welfare of others and indicate their commitment to apply and work as a Hospital Unit Clerk upon program completion as well as be willing to participate in and support volunteer activities in the hospital environment
• Have resided on Vancouver Island for the last year
• Provide a statement and explanation of financial need, including proof of taxable income from line 150 from their current and previous years tax return
