Aidan Dumaisnil joined 含害羞传媒 as a full-time instructor in 2022. She holds a Doctorate in Management from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary, where she specialized in OB/HR, focusing on mental health and mental illness in the workplace. Prior to 含害羞传媒, Aidan taught organizational behaviour and ethical leadership at the University of Calgary.

Aidan鈥檚 teaching philosophy focuses on creating diverse learning experiences. She encourages her students to think critically and ask questions. She also strives to make course concepts relevant so students can see how the course material is applicable to their goals, their careers, and their everyday lives.
